Commissions

Requesting a Commission -In order to request a commission you can click the "Submit Request" button on the home page. This will redirect you to a Google Form which you can fill out with all the required information about your commission. I will review the requests and accept them when I can. This depends on how many slots are open and when you submitted your request.
If I accept your request I will send you an e-mail to you as soon as I can to get in touch, you have 3 days to respond or I will assume you have forgotten and accept a different request.
If you submit I request and I am unable to/don't want to accept it I will send you an email notifying you that I have not accepted your request.
You will never be banned from submitting a request unless I deem you untrustworthy. (i.e. You have scammed me.)
Please only submit a request if my commission status is set to "OPEN" or "TESTING".
Basic Info -
0) I do primarily character commissions as they are what I have most experience in.1) I'm very big on communication with my clients. Never be afraid to e-mail me.
Even if you're not a client and just have questions regrading my commissions do not be afraid to ask.2) The email [email protected] is for commission related inquires ONLY. Other inquires can be directed to my Discord @skwidiot. It is very hard for me to stay organized please don't make it any harder.3) I'm writing this here because it is my responsibility to inform you that I am an unreliable person. I treat these commissions equal to my job and try my hardest to fulfil them. However there is the possibility that I find myself unable to. If this does happen I will profusely apologize for wasting your time, send you what I did manage to complete, and you will not be charged.4) I have complete trust in my clients. Let's keep it that way.5) If you are dissatisfied with your commission, in any way, please I beg you, TELL ME!
You are buying it, you are paying me, I want you to like it!6) Below is my Terms of Service, I require that you read everything on this page if you want to commission me. If you reach out to me with questions regarding my commissions I will assume that you have read the Terms of Service.
Terms of Service -
A) Payment -
As of 1/10/23 (DD/MM/YY), I am only capable of accepting payment through Steam, the digital game store.
I accept gift cards and gifted games. (To the guy who tried to pay me in TF2 hats, that was a one time thing.)
I am aware that this complicates things a bit so I am open to payment related negotiations, just make sure to email me BEFORE I accept your commission.
B) Content -
Content that I will not/cannot draw:
1. Suggestive or Explicit content.
2. Large Animals (I am really bad at animals)
(This applies to furries as well, sorry)
3. Anything that I deem myself incapable of doing.
4. Intricate backgrounds.Content that I will draw:
1. Violence/Minor Gore
2. Romance
3. Animal features (Ears, Tails, Etc.)
4. Pretty much anything else.Keep in mind that the subjects that I will or won't draw are not determined by my personal preferences and are only determined by how much I believe myself capable of delivering a satisfactory product.
C) Schedule -
When you request a commission I will ask for a deadline. This deadline is the time that I set where I am required to show you what I consider to be a finished product. Once the deadline is reached I will show you said finished product and you can request finishing touches/minor changes. I juggle my commissions and there may be gaps of time where I am unable to make progress on your commission. My number one priority with my schedule is to ensure that I meet the deadline you specify. If I believe that I will be unable to meet the deadline, I will reach out to you.
If you would like to regular updates on you commission such as W.i.Ps all you have to do is ask for them in your request.
D) Usage of Commission -
When you request a commission you can select either a Personal or a Commercial commission.
Once you receive a commission from me it belongs to you and you are free to do anything that you wish with it. You can use it as a profile picture, have it on a website, or put it on a shirt. These are all personal uses and would be a personal commission.
However if you intend to use artwork that you receive from me for commercial use or in any way that makes money for yourself I require that you request a Commercial commission.
A Commercial commission has an increased cost and more restrictions compared to a Personal commission. The cost increase and addition requirements are determined by the kind of commercial use. If you are interested in a Commercial commission I encourage you to e-mail me directly before requesting a commission.
If you do decide to use art that you receive from me as a profile picture or banner I would appreciate that you give me credit somewhere in your bio.
If you do request W.i.P. photos of your commission I ask that you do not share them publicly and keep them private.You are also able to determine how I am able to use the art that you commission from me. When you request a commission I will ask you whether or not I am allowed to do things such as publicly post the finished product, stream the drawing process, or show it in my portfolio. You have complete control over who gets to see your commission.
